Fabrication ManagerThe Fabrication Manager's main responsibility is to direct and coordinate the activities of the plastic production department. They will oversee manufacturing activities to minimize costs and maintain quality standards.Responsibilities:- Provide technical leadership for the production department, implementing process, material and equipment improvements- Oversee and execute injection/blow molding processes, troubleshooting processing issues and improving cycle times- Maintain inventory for the department- Implement in-process controls to maintain product quality - Train employees - assigning and directing work- Plan production operations, establish priorities and sequences for manufacturing products- Inspect machines, equipment and work environment to ensure specific operational performanceJob RequirementsRequirements:- 5+ years of experience in an Injection/Blow Molding manufacturing environment- Previous Managerial experience; overseeing a team of Production workers- Experience training and developing employees- Knowledge of MS Offices (word, Excel)
