MAINTENANCE MECHANIC II

POSITION SUMMARYPosition Summary:A Mechanic II possesses more than general maintenance abilities by being licensed or certified in one or more trades. Performs maintenance activities to include trouble shooting and repair of major systems. Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals and interpret information to complete repairs. Provides on-call as needed to support 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts. Performs ice and snow removal as needed.POSITION QUALIFICATIONSMinimum EducationCompletion of licensed refrigeration, electrical, or plumbing trade school program preferredMinimum ExperienceFour or more years experience in maintenance repairs and services or related fieldsRequired Registration/License/CertificationLicensed or certification in HVAC, Electric, Plumbing or other maintenance field preferred.Valid Kansas driver's license with clear driving record preferred
