Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician

American Nitrile is seeking an EXPERIENCED Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment troubleshooting, facilities maintenance, and mechanical troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment. Key Job Duties: * Troubleshoot industrial automation equipment, including conveyor systems, servo motors * Maintain and repair equipment using Allen Bradley machines * Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance * Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed * Determine root causes of equipment failure and develop processes to minimize downtime. * Research equipment and processes and make recommendations to meet future needs. * Must be able to work without direct supervision, be a self-starter, pay attention to details including accurate data collection/entry and tracking of preventative maintenance information. Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities * 5 years of verifiable industrial electrical maintenance experience * Experience working in a manufacturing environment * Experience with PLC, VFD, 480V required * Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent * Superior troubleshooting and analytical skills * Experience in a manufacturing environment * Facilities maintenance experience * Mechanical troubleshooting skills * Experience with troubleshooting industrial automation equipment * Experienced in servo motor and fan motor replacements Machines & technologies you'll use: * Servo Motors * Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) * Conveyor Systems * Fan Motors
