It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.JOB SUMMARY: To assist in the general maintenance of Globe Life Field in Arlington and the surrounding areas.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Knowledge of general construction repairs to include but not limited to the following:Acoustical ceilingsMetalSheet rockPaintWoodStadium seatingConcreteDoors/locksOverhead/coiling roll-up doorsTemporary stair setup and removal for eventsStrong organizational skills with an emphasis on maintaining regular records of maintenance and repairsNotifies supervisor of recurring equipment malfunctions and corrective action taken, and of quality problems or supplies neededStrong ability to work independently or with a teamVast experience working with power toolsAll other duties as assignedPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma, GED, or equivalentAbility to work independently without supervisionAbility to work a flexible schedule including but not limited to nights, weekends, and holidaysSatisfactory work recordAbility to use hand tools and trades type toolsHigh mental and visual effort requiredLift training and/or certifications are preferredWORK ENVIRONMENT: This position will require work to be performed on weekends, event nights and holidays as needed.Outdoors and office environmentMust be able to lift 50 pounds and move with large bulk itemsRequires long periods of time on feetAbility to walk, sit, climb, crawl, kneel, squat, bend and extend arms and legs fullyAbility to use hands to manipulate and effectively use tools and controlsMust be able to work with chemicals and fumes, following all safety guidelines and wearing appropriate protective gear at all times."No fear of heightsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of the job.If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
