Lead Maintenance Technician

This position is a part of the carpenter shop, responsible for providing all repair and maintenance service campus-wide. The incumbent performs under general supervision and requires the application of standard trade practices in providing carpentry maintenance and repair as well as incidental support for electrical and plumbing repairs. In concert with and/or in the absence of the Carpenter Shop Supervisor this position is responsible for: * Coordinate interior and exterior maintenance, repair and operation services for campus-wide facilities. * Monitor work flow processes for routine, urgent and emergency maintenance and repair service requests. * Coordinate with Maintenance Contract Team for support. * Assist in the coordination of work with the various trades shops.
