Job Details: Title: Project Manager - Change Management II Location: Georgia - Atlanta Duration: 6 months (10/09/2024 to 03/31/2025) Description: We are seeking a highly skilled contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and oral communication skills, proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel, and PowerPoint/Google Slides. This role involves a mix of scheduled meetings with larger project groups and smaller workstream groups, meetings with project leadership members, and individual work on analytics, documents, and presentations. Key Responsibilities: * Participate in scheduled meetings with project groups and workstream groups * Engage in meetings with project leadership members * Conduct individual work on analytics, documents, and presentations * Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met Preferred Skills: 1. The contractor will need to be flexible and able to accommodate Pacific Time on occasions. Project Manager - Change Management in Procurement We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with a focus on change management for large-scale implementation of process changes and technology in Procurement. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the project team and stakeholders across the company to support all aspects of change management, including persona identification, change impact assessments, communications, and training. Key Responsibilities: * Partner with the project sponsor to identify primary business stakeholders for process documentation. * Define and revalidate process areas to be updated for TO-BE process maps, related to sales profile changes. * Revalidate AS-IS process maps to ensure accuracy and relevance. * Plan and organize logistics for working sessions focused on TO-BE process map definition. * Execute process mapping working sessions by process area to ensure comprehensive and effective process documentation. Qualifications: * 2-4 years of related experience in project management and change management. * Strong understanding of procurement processes and technology implementations. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
