Together, we enable our customers to produce the materials needed for a better future Job scope: On-site technical service and sales within the FLSmidth Pneumatic Transport (PT) service group focusing on spare part and system applications. Utilizing knowledge on FLS-PT customers, equipment, systems, inspections, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities & Experience: * Ability to write timely, concise, professional reports that supports your findings and recommendations in the field. * Previous experience (1-3 years) in providing lists of equipment, parts, and field service labor to rectify customer problem's. * Prior (1-5 years) experience with promoting the sale of replacement parts to customer's * Promote FLS-PT customer service sales programs, full range of service capabilities, parts/components/programs, and systems. * Previous experience in providing technical support on industrial equipment highly preferred, you will be responsible for providing PT technical support to customers and FLS employees * Execution of work tasks related to equipment/system inspection, repairs, start-ups * Provide all paid filed service billing information to the service administrator * Arrange all of your own travel activities * Work with FLS -PT service team to ensure the right resource is utilized to maximize customer Satisfaction. * Deliver results and satisfy customer needs and requirements * Promote a culture of safety first What we offer * Competitive benefit package including health, dental, disability, life, and voluntary insurance options * Time to recharge through PTO, plus 10 annual holidays, and parental leave * Work-life balance with a flexible work schedule so you can focus on professional and personal priorities * Retirement preparation with a 401(k) and company matching * Financial support for continuing education * Employee Assistance Program * An equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace * A global network of supportive colleagues and growth opportunities As an equal opportunity employer, FLSmidth embraces diversity and equality by promoting an environment of inclusion.
