Job Details Job Ref:R0041815 Category:LPN Employment Type:Various Location:133 Park St, Malone, NY 12953 Department:AHMC - Medical Practice Operations Job Type:Regular Hours per Week: 0 Pay Rate: $24.52 - $33.65 per hour Unit Description: The Licensed Practical Nurse shall be accountable and responsible for performing tasks and responsibilities within the framework of case finding, health teaching, health counseling, provision of supportive and restorative care, administering medication(s), and provide nursing treatment under the direction of a registered nurse, licensed physician or other health care provider. The Licensed Practical Nurse shall be responsible for: Monitoring that Plan of Care is being followed by clinical staff under their supervision; Supervise certified nurse aides or unlicensed assistive personnel Provide supervision, coordination, and evaluation of assigned unit health care team and services. Incentives: $7,500 LPN Sign-On Bonus for full-time (pro-rated for part-time, per diem not eligible). Shift: Please answer the questionnaire with the department you are interested in and shift. Education: Currently licensed as a Practical Nurse in New York State. Experience: 1 year experience required. Computer skills required. Practices within the guidelines of the New York State Practice Act.
