The Hoosier Village team is looking for a nurse, LPN or RN, to work PRN on our rehabilitation unit. We often need coverage from 3pm - 7pm. What We Offer * Competitive wages with a range of $35 - $38 based on license. * No on-call requirements * Annual year-end bonus and attendance bonus * On-site dining with an average employee meal cost of $6 with a Starbucks on campus * On-site fitness center and pool available for a minimal fee of $5/month using payroll deductions * 24/7 employer assistance programs (EAP) to help resolve problems that may occur (personal, financial, marital, legal) Duties and Responsibilities * Responsible for admission, transfer, and discharge of residents to and from Hoosier Village. * Responsible for administering medications and treatment, and maintaining proper charting for the unit, in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, regulations, and departmental policies and procedures. * Responsible for assisting in maintaining the Hoosier Village and BHI's facility and nursing care philosophies, through quality nursing. * Responsible for maintaining a high standard of resident care. * Responsible for all mandated Hoosier Village, Federal and State annual hours of in-service education. * Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident and their family and staff.
