Construction Project Manager Job Description We are seeking an energetic self-motivated Project Manager to join a progressive Financial Services Account. The selected candidate will manage multiple projects in various phases of development, aiming to meet or exceed goals in speed to market, data quality, and budget. The primary focus will be on the needs of the project, client, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders, while also supporting team and client initiatives for process improvement and personal career development. The candidate will track project financials and schedule reported status regularly. This position will focus on large commercial building systems projects, including replacements, repairs, and change-outs. The role requires both planning and execution, with the candidate being on site most of the time. Hard Skills * 3+ years of Project Management experience from pre-construction to closeout * Experience with large-scale projects ranging in budget sizes of 100M+ * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications * Experience with mechanical equipment: HVAC, Electrical, and Chillers Soft Skills * Energetic and self-motivated * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong focus on client and stakeholder needs * Supportive of team and client initiatives Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s). Work Site This is a fully on-site position in New York, New York. Work Environment 100% on site role in NYC.
