Execute basic care maintenance like tire rotations and oil changes, diagnosing complex problems, and planning and executing vehicle repairs.About You:You are a self-motivated individual who enjoys team work and is looking for an opportunity to advance in the automotive industry!What We Offer:Medical, Dental & VisionLife InsuranceLong-Term & Short-Term disability401KPaid vacationPaid sick daysWhat You'll Be Doing: Check and communicate oil level to teammatesEnsure tire pressure for proper inflationInspect and refill fluid levels as necessaryComplete vehicle inspectionInstall a new oil drain plug and a new oil filterClean and lubricate fittings as neededProviding excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer's perspective comes first.Presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.Ensures the customer's needs are understood.What You'll Need: Communication skills - communicates effectively with others.Time management - managing one's own time and time of others.Typing - ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.Basic computer skills.Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction.Personal and professional integrity.
