ERM is hiring a Land Services Technician to support ongoing water service quality work throughout the suburban Philadelphia, PA region. This is a full-time (40 hours/week), limited-term role for 6 months, renewable with local travel. Physical demands required for the successful performance of this job include standing and/or walking for long hours in a day on uneven and steep terrain, and possibly during variable weather conditions. REQUIREMENTS: * Contacting property owners to schedule appointments for drop off and pick up of testing kits. * Creating Work Orders and Updating Customer Information in various databases. * Creating correspondence for communication purposes. * Assembling water sampling kits for drop off and collection of completed kits. * Discuss contracts with customers and prospective customers. * Monitor incoming calls from client customers and facilitate resolution of questions or issues presented. * Pick up supplies as needed at designated locations. REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma. * Knowledge of water distribution systems. * Solid working knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Earth, ArcGIS, and data management software. * Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism. * Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications. * Must meet criteria identified in Job Demands & Conditions Analysis for Office and Field Positions. * Local candidates preferred.
