The Associate Field Service Engineer is responsible for servicing customers primarily in the Mountain and Western Time Zones. Provide Field, Technical, and customer service to Aria Filtra products and processes. This is a technical position that requires the ability to safely perform hands on work, process optimization, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Travel required is estimated to be 90%. This position is part of the Field Service Engineering team and will be remote. You must be located in Colorado or California. In this role, a typical day will look like: * Assists in the commissioning service and contracted services to the installed base and mobile water deployments as assigned. May be responsible for Completing Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) for permanent systems and mobile systems prior to shipment to customer sites. * Solve problems, evaluate systems and processes to isolate root causes, and implement corrective actions as required. * Support customers from startup through to the purchase of their next Trojan system. * Utilize your fellow team members to service our customers efficiently and effectively. * Travel 80-90% of the time, primarily Monday through Friday, which involves being away from home most of the week. This includes frequent flights, often departing Monday and returning on Friday, with occasional travel to Canada as well. The essential requirements of the job include: * 3 to 5 years of Field Service experience with either a 2-year of experience + technical degree or a 4-year of experience withouth a degree. (Mechanical or Electrical degrees preferred) * Availavility to travel 80-90% of the time. * Familiarity with electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical principles with an ability to read and interpret drawings (mechanical, electrical) * Ability to work with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, sales, and operations to solve site-specific difficulties and bring unique solutions as needed to meet customer requirements and drive product improvements. * Customer Service Skills: Must demonstrate Customer First mindset on a continuous basis. * Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a logical thought process a must. * Strong organization and project management skills, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and complex tasks. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $33.00 - $37.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
