Company DescriptionJob DescriptionIngram Content Group (ICG)is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to contribute to our IngramSpark team in LaVergne, TN, just outside Nashville. In this role, you will coordinate publisher relationships to increase sales and to provide accurate and timely accession of titles received from the publishers. You will be expected to make sound decisions on the account base as the situation warrants.Do you have experience working with publishers?
