Sign On Bonus: $5,000 The Maintenance Technician I at Keurig Dr Pepper will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving process and packaging equipment, to maximize production and maintain Keurig Dr Pepper's high standards in safety and quality. This role will also be engaged in improving maintenance procedures and manufacturing processes for the improvement of safety, quality, delivery, cost and culture. 10 hour day shift; Mon-Thur 6AM-4PM Training and building self-capability to independently perform required preventative maintenance tasks.Maintain a safe and healthy environment, always demonstrating safe behaviors. Focus on Good Manufacturing and Food Safety practices in all work.Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electrical problems and make repairs through adjustments, defective parts replacement, or fabrication.Perform preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.Teach basic mechanical skills to line operators to support autonomous maintenance, TPM functions, equipment set-up and center plete size changeovers and troubleshoot liquid fillers and packaging equipment.Identify root causes of mechanical and electrical failures and resolve with effective problem-solving tools with minimal downtime or supervision.Generate productivity and continuous improvement ideas. Utilize SAP CMMS to complete work.Demonstrate KDP values of Team First, Deliver Big, Think Bold, Being Fearless and Fair.
