DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Launch activityHydraulics/PneumaticsControlsPreventative maintenanceShift start upEOSR/CommunicationWork with minimal supervisionOE - Daily Report - Down time reportEnsure all machinery is functional for productionAnalyze and measure machinery performanceCI'sLPA'sRespond to maintenance calls to the lineTrouble-shoot equipment problems/issuesAnalyze machine performance and recommend improvement processesPreventative maintenanceRespond to maintenance calls to the lineRepair broken/defective equipmentEnsure lockout /tagout procedures are followed.Maintaining a clean and safe work environmentParts inventoryReport out any continuous improvementDocument process improvementsTracking any production downtimeOT as required/flexible schedulesAll other duties as assignedEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Highschool diploma/GEDExperience: 2+ years working in a production environmentTechnical certification preferred in one of the following fields: electrical, robotic, mechanical, and or fabricationTRAVEL: Travel Required: minimumKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Robotics, mechanical, welding, electrical knowledgePLC and schematics experienceAllen Bradley and siemens step 7Forklift/Manlift CertificationMechanical skillsAbility to work from heightsAbility to work in confined spacesMechanical safety requirementsSafety certification preferredStrong mechanical, analytical, and problem-solving skillsBasic understanding of building maintenanceAbility to read and understand building schematicsStrong oral and written communication skillsActs as an independent leader and also transitions to a team player when neededBlueprint/schematic readingProficient in Microsoft officeBENEFITS: Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical Delta Dental VSP Vision 401k Matching Tuition Reimbursement Paid Time Off Employee Assistance Program Additional Competitive Benefit PURPOSE: Building A Better Everything We build a better culture by putting people before profit, leading for purpose, passion and performance, and creating an environment devoted to an exceptional experience for our customers and people.
