**This position is both base salary and commission based We are looking for a Private Events Sales Director to join our team at RH Hospitality Management to oversee Private Events Sales for one of our most exciting locations. Job responsibilities include but not limited to: - assisting with marketing campaigns for current guests as well as generating new leads - managing sales activities of qualified leads, retention and lost sales. - supporting other operational aspects of our business by creating efficient SOPs for proposals, contracts and guest correspondence. - demonstrating leadership in guest hospitality , excellent customer service and the ability to create a positive example for guest relations. - Meets with guests during pre and post meetings to gain feedback on the quality of each event, and recommends opportunities for improvement. - Works collaboratively with on and off property sales channels to ensure our location's needs are being achieved. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the field of Private Events Sales with high-end concepts at a senior level and understand the internal and external complexities of managing events from start to finish. We are seeking someone who exudes high energy and a positive and enthusiastic work demeanor with both guests and work colleagues. This candidate must be an effective communicator with all team members including our dining room and kitchen teams. Must also possess the ability to demonstrate excellent time management skills as well as being highly organized, detail oriented with a strong ability to multitask and take initiative.
