Executive Chefs are visionary managers responsible for kitchen operations, promoting teamwork amongst staff, maintaining performance goals and guaranteeing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.Job Specifications:Outlet: Summit SmokehouseShift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, SeasonalSkill Level: AdvancedJob Responsibilities:Manage the planning, development, and production of menu itemsOversee the culinary team including hiring, training and developing teammates, managing performance including reviews, and succession planningMaintain standards for facility and food preparation, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in accordance with applicable laws and regulationsAssist in budget process and forecasting for business, maintaining financial oversight of operational cost to budgetOversee ordering/receiving, cost transfers, variance reports and inventory control of all food, beverages, and supplies purchasedOther duties as assignedJob Requirements:High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Culinary degree or certification preferredServSafe certification or regional equivalent required5+ years of high-volume restaurant experience required; management experience preferredMust be able to communicate fluently in English; bilingual preferredAbility to Ski or Snowboard strongly preferredThe expected pay range is $25.00 - $28.94.
