Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: Open to brunch shifts Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards Ensure all food preparation and cooking areas are clean and sanitized Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations Monitor food quality and presentation throughout the cooking process Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demand Assist with kitchen tasks such as dishwashing and cleaning as needed Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations Follow instructions from management Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Uphold high standards of professionalism and teamwork at all times.
