Our client, a mission-driven marketing agency just outside of Boston, is looking for a Creative Production Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, primarily remote role, but you must live in New England to come onsite 1-2x per month. The Creative Production Manager will be responsible for driving the creative project life cycle from creative development to production design and final asset delivery, ensuring projects are on time and on budget. Responsibilities include: - Manage projects from account to creative hand-off, to project execution and launch- Assign daily/weekly creative tasks and load-level projects across team - Obtain printing estimates, art buying and communication with outside vendors/freelancers- Create and maintain library of approved vendors and media specs- Proof deliverables to confirm edits, translations and other design errors- Onboarding new hires and freelancers with regards to internal creative processes- Confirm final assets for size, file type and correct specs - Communicate in a timely manner with account and creative teams - Run weekly and daily status monitoring meetings to check tasks/projects- Confirm all key dependancies to be provided by Account team are ready prior to kick off - Ability to open and check InDesign files for size and printing specsThe ideal Creative Production Manager will have: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project/traffic related role; agency experience strongly preferred - Thorough understanding of the creative process- Experience working within a Project Management tool to keep track of projects and timelines - Ability to be organized while juggling several projectsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.Benefits Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
