We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team. As a Building Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include preventive maintenance, handling work orders, and performing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. Knowledge of chiller systems is a plus. You must be available for on-call duties and flexible to work nights and weekends when needed. Physically, you should be able to bend, kneel, climb ladders, and walk without limitations for up to 8 hours a day. Additionally, youll handle equipment weighing 50 lbs 100 lbs. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential. Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check.
