Job Title: Project Manager - Large Scale Public Safety Project Job Description We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee the production of deliverable documents through the Schematic Design, Development Design, Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration phases. The role involves programming, planning, and design for a large-scale Public Safety project in Baltimore, MD. You will review documents for quality control evaluations and ensure ongoing compliance while managing the Construction Administration phase. Work Site This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in BALTIMORE, Maryland and some days remote. Work Environment Our workspace consists of 5 studios with 75 employees located in Baltimore. We handle a diverse range of projects from housing (multi-family and senior living) across various locations including Chicago, Connecticut, and the DMV area, to interiors, graphics and signage, commercial projects (retail, shell, interiors, restaurants), and international projects (mainly former DDG, master planning, and conceptual schematics). The office is located in a Class A office space on the 18th floor of the 100 N Charles Tower, offering a panoramic view of the city.
