We're looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our team and elevate our brand. Position Summary: As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including kitchen, bar, and dining room operations with a strong emphasis on personalized customer service and event management. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a talented team. Your expertise in event planning and execution will play a crucial role in our continued success. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness. Set the example for the service staff by touching each table and establishing relationships with repeat guests. Accurately forecast revenues to guide scheduling and the purchases of goods. Curate and manage our cocktails and wine programs, including staff training on pairings and service. Manage and mentor a diverse team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and profitability, including promotional events and marketing initiatives. Plan and execute private events, including corporate functions, holiday and special occasions, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction. Achieve expectations for labor, food, and beverage cost controls. Analize market conditions and competitors to adjust operating strategies and achieve financial goals. Collaborate with the culinary team to control costs and curate menus for events and special promotions. Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing reports for ownership as needed. Handle guest inquiries, complaints and feedback with professionalism and tact. Qualifications: Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role within the restaurant industry, preferably in a steakhouse or fine dining environment. Exceptional background in cocktails and wine service, with a deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and food pairings. Strong background in event planning and execution, with a track record of successful events. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems. Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
