ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, wines, and other beverages with precision and consistency Create and innovate new cocktail recipes while also mastering classic cocktail techniques Provide exceptional hospitality by engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and accommodating special requests Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies as needed Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests Uphold the reputation and image of Chica and The Don through professional conduct and presentation at all times Requirements: At least 3 years of experience as a bartender in upscale casual restaurants/bar in New York Toast POS training Personable, positive, hospitable with a sharp sense of urgency while creating a warm and welcoming experience for guests Ability to multi-task in a high-volume space Attention to detail, and a great team player We look forward to meeting you!
