Iconic East Village restaurant is seeking pastry cooks with high-volume production experience. Responsibilities include supporting the Executive Pastry Chef in the supervision and execution of all pastry items and production, maintenance of inventory pars and insurance of food quality and sanitation standards. At least 1 year of professional pastry experience is required. Bread baking and production experience is desirable. Flexible availability with early mornings and weekends are a must.
