We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sommelier to join our team! Required Qualities: Passion to provide exceptional guest service and attention to detail Personable, charming, and well spoken Warm and welcoming to both guests and staff Ability to cater to guest's needs in fine dining format Able to work as a team player Ability to multitask; and work with a sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism and and high hospitality standard Must have good supervisory skills and able to delegate when appropriate Must have good communication skills and full understanding of menu to promote sales Must have strong wine and food knowledge and well versed in Chinese or Asian cuisine is a plus but not required Need to be familiar with POS operations Successfully adhere to Steps of Service Availability to work on evenings and weekends Not required, but bartending experience is a plus. Responsibilities: Work closely with the management team and follow staff to execute service standards Perform opening and closing duties as required by the schedule. Extensive knowledge of the food and beverage to provide guests with a high quality dining experience. Assist in the opening and closing responsibilities.
