The Dunkin District Manager is responsible for the overall operation of their assigned group of stores. The District Manager will recruit, hire, train, and develop store managers and assistant managers to meet company goals through execution of company/ franchise policies, procedures, and standards. The District Manager is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and promoting the Mission, Vision, and Values of Daughtridge Gas & Oil, Co. in their assigned stores.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide Leadership and Training to Store Managers in:Maintain and Increase Profit MarginsHealth Department/ Franchise CompliancePaperworkJob Requirements - Essential Functions of the JobMust be able to speak, write and read English sufficient to perform designated duties.Knowledge of math functions beyond those required by simple math. Store reports require basic accounting knowledge.Able to work any hours that is deemed necessary to complete designated duties.Must have a driver's license and the ability to be insured. Motor Vehicle Reports will be obtained for newly hired supervisors and reviewed annually or as warranted and must not contain convictions for serious traffic violations.Must have the ability to work with people in order to produce a team spirit.Must be of legal age to sell alcoholic beverages in any store that they may work. Must be able to do minimal lifting (35 - 50 lb.).Must not have any felony conviction or probation period that would prevent them from selling alcoholic beverages.
