We are looking for a curious, communicative cook to work the grill section - the heart of our small but mighty kitchen. Our daily-changing menu draws from regional Italian and southern French cooking; our staples include grilled carta di musica, blistered vegetables and charred sirloin, pork chops, quail and seafood. The grill section is our busiest, demanding quick and efficient movement, clear and consistent communication and clean plating. Basic butchery skills and grill experience preferred.
