We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic bar manager to join our team. This position involves managing bar operations, supervising bar staff, and overseeing customer experience with a key emphasis on enhancing sales performance and maintaining high service standards. Bar Manager responsibilities include: Collaborate with the culinary and management team to create and implement a beverage program to include both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks that complements the restaurant's cuisine. Manage daily bar operations including staff scheduling, POS management, inventory management, stocking, and menu updates. Supervise bartenders and bar staff to ensure efficient workflow, high-quality drink preparation, and excellent customer service. Train new hires and provide ongoing education for existing staff on beverage preparation technique, menu knowledge, and customer service skills. Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation guidelines including maintaining a current food safety permit. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional bar area, ensuring that all bar equipment is well-maintained and in working order. Actively engage with both team members and guests during service to ensure customer satisfaction with drinks and overall bar experience.
