Pay Range: $20 - $25 / hour Are you looking to cook at an upscale, fine-dining restaurant with a chef-driven, seafood-focused menu? Cordelia Fishbar, opening in November 2024, is hiring experienced Line Cooks who are passionate about cooking with live fire and using fresh, locally sourced seafood. Our menu will feature dishes prepared over a live-fire hearth with charcoal, combining bold flavors and creative presentations. We are looking for skilled cooks who thrive in a fine dining environment and want to be part of a team focused on precision and top-quality ingredients. Located in the Union Market neighborhood of DC, Cordelia Fishbar is the newest concept from Clyde's Restaurant Group.
