Responsibilities Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes and Chef's guidelines Maintain and organize station with necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment Complete daily inventories, checklists, and prep lists to ensure readiness for service Ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection and meet quality standards Collaborate with kitchen team to prepare and execute Family Meal Follow recipes and presentation standards set by Chef for consistent quality Keep station fully stocked for service and next day's prep Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation Assist in overall kitchen cleanliness and organization throughout shift Perform additional tasks as assigned by Chef Uphold high standards for cleanliness and sanitation to achieve an A-grade from the Department of Health Skills and Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume pizza restaurant or similar setting Positive and professional attitude towards coworkers and customers Passion for pizza and commitment to cleanliness and organization Strong knife skills for cutting and preparing ingredients Ability to follow recipes accurately to Chef's standards Proficient in multitasking in a fast-paced environment Punctuality and reliability in attendance Clear and professional communication with team members Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Full-time availability with a flexible weekly schedule Salary: $19-$21 per hour, depending on experience
