Cox & Company, Inc. is seeking an outgoing individual to join our team as a Stockroom Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing stockroom materials while maintaining accurate inventory records. Requirements Role and Responsibilities: * Inventory Management: Receive and verify incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy in quantity and part number. Assign appropriate inventory locations. * Material Handling: Handle materials safely, adhering to ESD requirements and using safety equipment. * Issuing Parts: Issue components for kits and fill store requisitions, ensuring quantity and part number accuracy. * Inventory Maintenance: Maintain Min/Max supply levels for parts, and perform cycle counts and yearly physical inventories. * Organizational Duties: Keep stockroom facilities organized and orderly. * Transport Coordination: Move or arrange the transport of materials between departments as needed. Qualifications and Education Requirements: * Education: High School Diploma or GED. * Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a stockroom environment. * Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP software, including electronic scanning and inventory transactions. Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs overhead. * Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and climbing ladders while handling heavy materials. Skills: * Strong ability to read and understand documentation such as kit pulls, requisitions, and procedure manuals in English. * Effective communication skills to interact with team members and other employees.
