This role will communicate with customers, enter and review orders, check order statuses, answer basic product questions, respond to emails, resolve issues, and route calls as needed to provide an excellent customer experience.ResponsibilitiesEntering customer sales ordersCheck the status of ordersAnswering customer emails (questions, addressing concerns)Navigate internal and external websites for customer issue resolutionWorks with external departments to obtain information regarding missing components, solutions for issues, and product questionsProcess RMA and tech support requestsBuild good, strong relations with a customer baseRequirements Associate degree or Some college preferred All equivalent combinations of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be acceptedA minimum of 3 years of full-time related experience as a customer service representative, in a manufacturing company, preferably in lightingMust be able to read, write, and speak English fluentlyMust be proficient in Microsoft Office, and familiar with ERP and CRM systems in a manufacturing environmentExperience using Epicor ERP a plusBe able to work in a fast-paced environmentBe able to multi-taskGreat enthusiasm and teamwork skills Knowledge in order management, pre-sale, and post-sale inquiriesBenefitsHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance enrollment on the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment 401(k) Retirement plan after 6 months of employment.
