We excel at offering the benefits of a large corporation, while operating as a boutique business building close relationships with our customers.JOB TITLE: Customer Service Rep DEPARTMENT: Customer ServiceREPORTS TO: Customer Service Manager PAY SCALE: SalaryJOB SUMMARY: Assembles all components necessary for implementation of customer orders in a timely manner.Liaison between customers and outside sales force, enter orders in required time frame, initiate printing plate/cutting die requirements, communicate schedule changes to customers and sales force as required. Participate in new business meetings and continuous training, determine best day delivery for customers, generate sample requests. Maintain correspondence files, exercise discretion and independent judgement for quantity break pricing. Prepare formal quotes, maintain master files and inventory records, prepare requisitions for outside purchases. Must have the ability to understand order entry system. Possess basic math skills, good communication and organization skills. Must be able to interact and work closely with coworkers and customers. Must have a positive attitude and be able to work in a stressful atmosphere. Occasionally visit customers and perform all other duties as assigned by manager.
