Job Description:  We are seeking talented and passionate host to join our team. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave, providing a positive and memorable experience from start to finish Manage the seating process efficiently, taking into account reservations, walk-ins, and server availability. Answer phones and assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and other requests. Collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth communication and optimal guest satisfaction. Assist with various tasks as needed to support the overall operation of the restaurant and cocktail bar Interact with guests Demonstrate knowledge of all menu items Requirements: At least 1 year of experience as a host in upscale casual restaurants/bar in New York Resy/Opentable Experience Personable, positive, hospitable with a sharp sense of urgency while creating a warm and welcoming experience for guests Ability to multi-task in a high-volume space Attention to detail, and a great team player We look forward to meeting you!
