Job Summary:The Senior Customer Support/Account Representative provides exceptional service by handling incoming inquiries related to Client's accounts. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and a commitment to meeting departmental performance metrics while supporting various financial products and services.Key Responsibilities:Respond to incoming phone calls regarding service inquiries on Client's accounts.Provide support for Client's Cash Management products, the Client's Online client website, and the mobile app.Address general account and financial-related inquiries with a high degree of accuracy.Maintain professionalism and a strong service-oriented approach in all interactions.Contribute effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Multi-task and adapt quickly to changes in a busy financial service center.Required Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Preference for candidates with a college degree or previous contact center experience.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a financial services or banking environment is a plus.
