Customer Support Representative Training Start Date: 10/28/2024Training Hours: M - F 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST Production Hours: Shifts M - F (no weekends) the hours are 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. EST Location: WAH. Must meet requirement (1 day of Pre-training orientation onsite TBD based on equipment delivery date. About The Customer Support Representative: The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for ensuring the customer's needs are met via inbound calls. The rep will provide exceptional service to existing customers through service-related transactions, including processing transactions.
