Summary: Sells products and services to existing and new customers. Develops and maintains sales strategies to increase sales and profits through major accounts and complex product lines. Builds strong customer relationships. Manages the sales function and advises inside commercial team of pricing and marketing changes. May be instrumental in developing cross-market sales opportunities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Where applicable, Holding outside representatives accountable to policies/procedures/processes and best practices. Handles special projects, as assigned. Job Duties/Responsibilities * Primary duties will be selling all of FET Stimulation products into the upstream market, building customer relationships with distributors, end-users and EPC's and thus growing market share. * Assists with the development and implementation of sales strategies for the Stimulation product group. * Assists with the development of short- and long-range sales goals, building customer relationships and grow market share. May oversee activities of sales personnel and or manufacture's representatives. * Collaborating with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information * Handles special projects, as assigned. Skills/Knowledge * Comprehensive, specialized technical knowledge of company's products and services. * Knowledge of Forum's Stimulation product lines spanning multiple regions and competitive markets. * Possesses a distinguished and sustained sales achievement record. * Comprehensive knowledge of company products. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Expertise in sales and marketing. * Willing to travel 50 % of the time. * Work in all North America. * International travel required. * Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel and Power Point). Education * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. Experience * 10+ years of selling or servicing in the upstream completions oilfield industry (Stimulation products).
