Our client, one of the largest global food company in USA is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator at Charlotte, NC. Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator (Hybrid)Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Must live 30-40 minutes from the site.Duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension or conversion.Summary: The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, including proficiency with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, as these tools are used daily. SAP experience is preferred. This position offers the opportunity to grow within the company, especially for candidates with the right experience and educational background.Key Responsibilities:Support Costco and BJ's accounts by processing orders, handling order changes, and meeting promotional item deadlines.Use Excel daily for data analysis, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.Maintain strong follow-up and organizational skills to manage high email volumes and ensure timely communication.Participate in team meetings to discuss Costco promotional items and collaborate with the supply chain team.Qualifications:Proficiency in Excel, particularly VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.SAP experience preferred.Bachelor's degree.Strong follow-up, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC, three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).Team Structure: You will be part of a dedicated team consisting of two other Customer Supply Chain Analysts, a Team Lead, a Supply Manager, and a Senior Customer Supply Chain Manager.
