Job description We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team! Lots of room for growth within the company. Must have a positive attitude and want to come to work. Previous NYC restaurant experience prefered. Italian food knowledge and expericence helpful. What we're looking for: At least two years of experience as a Line Cook. Effective communication skills in English. (spanish is a plus, but not required) Ability to organize, prioritize and anticipate Ability to be flexible and always maintain a curious demeanor Thorough knowledge of food handling practices Culinary skills and knowledge necessary to execute a station. You will help monitor kitchen standard operating procedures to ensure food safety and consistency with the brand's standards You will ensure DOH standards are always followed and that the kitchen is ready to get an "A" at any moment's notice! A good nature and positive attitude.
