Kitchen Porter

Responsibilites include, but are not limited to: Follow the daily, weekly, and quarterly  cleaning schedule for the dining room, bar, bathroom, and basement prep to ensure that Mace is fully cleaned prior to open.   Maintain the storefront and sidewalk area including the seasonal outdoor seating area.  Maintain the stock of cleaning supplies and alert the Chef when items need to be replenished. Review and receive deliveries and ensure that all items listed on the invoice are present. Work in conjunction with the prep team to put deliveries into the appropriate places.   Practice a safety- first approach to all tasks. Qualifications: Ability to lift up 50 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Must be available work weekends and some holidays.
