You will be responsible for: Greeting all guests entering the restaurant and thanking all guests leaving the restaurant Ensuring reservations are prioritized and seated in a timely manner Hospitably managing walk-in guests and maintaining a waitlist as needed Clearly and politely communicating with guests about their table status Maintaining an organized floor by quickly and efficiently seating guests  Maintaining professional and warm guest communications  Communicating with service team and management Answering the phone during service and providing guests with needed information Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the host stand and front door area The ideal candidate will have: Minimum of 1+ years' front of house experience in a high-volume restaurant A positive attitude and passion for providing exceptional hospitality service A strong working knowledge of RESY Flexible work schedule: the ability to work night, weekends, holidays, as business permits The ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, up to 30lbs Kneel, bend, or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; be on feet for extended periods of time Benefits for our FOH staff include: Medical/Dental and Vision Insurance (for full time employees), Transit Benefit Program, 401K Retirement Plan (for eligible employees), an Employee Dining Program, and more!
