Dedicated to Excellence, Committed to ServiceClerical Support StaffA Clerical Support Office Staff typist is responsible for office correspondence. The typist prepares word-processing correspondence such as letters, memos, postcards, and other projects for the ministry as needed. Clerical Staff also provides relief desk coverage and assistance to other departments as needed.Manage Word ProcessingPrepare Word-Processing correspondence, merge masters with inserts, and add enclosures while ensuring accuracy. Follow department protocol and specific instructions for each type of letter master. Make corrections requested by proofers and complete projects in a timely manner.Assist with Typing ProjectsType special projects from various departments. Manage any assigned projects while being aware of the office workload and seeking to assist others as needed.Provide Desk CoverageAssume receptionist responsibilities for our outlying office assistants when needed.
