What does a Field Service Technician do? As a Full-Time Field Service Technician at Wisper ISP, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experience through various responsibilities. You will conduct site surveys to assess serviceability, ensuring that our solutions meet the specific needs of each customer. Your hands-on expertise will be vital as you install new services, transforming connectivity possibilities for our clients. Additionally, you will diagnose and troubleshoot any connectivity issues during service visits, applying your problem-solving skills to quickly restore service and satisfaction.
