As an Account Representative a typical day might include the following: * Provide sales support for assigned territory including activities such as quoting and lead qualification. * Promote sales and track progress toward sales goals by regularly following up on open quotes, providing input for forecasting, and reporting on sales. * Support customer visits to develop relationships, deliver and receive pertinent information regarding customer accounts, and at times represent SEL at tradeshows, conferences and events. * Assist with managing and identifying opportunities to increase sales. * Provide customer service for assigned customers to support order processing/fulfillment or RMA's, manage and resolve customer feedbacks, and manage NPS/survey responses and resolution. * Provide administrative and customer service support to management, sales engineers, or outside sales reps for assigned customers. * Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles. * Understand. Create. Simplify. * Other duties as assigned. This job might be for you if: * You have 3 years of progressively responsible customer service, technical sales, or related experience * You have a bachelor's degree or related experience * You have strong computer and business software skills * You have strong organization and time management skills * You have the ability to learn concepts and technical details of products. work independently as well as cooperatively in a team environment * You have the ability to travel up to 15% * You have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills * You have the ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities * You have the ability to write and speak English coherently * You have working knowledge of SEL products and systems * You have account management experience * You have database experience Location Charlotte, NC Competitive pay. Pay Range Data: We anticipate filling this position as an Account Representative $60,000 - $ 80,000. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the salary range may differ if filled at a different level.
