Who You Are The Global Supply Chain team is seeking a Project Management & Planning Operations Manager to lead a group of experienced Material Program Managers. What You Will Be Doing The selected candidate will Manage the Proposal Management team on the F-35 Global Supply Chain Management (GSC) Material Program Manager team assigned to Sustainment. In addition to managing the team, the Manager will work closely with F-35 Contracts, Estimating, Program Offices, Business Management, and Procurement to develop subcontracting strategies and manage Production and Development proposal activity. The Manager will frequently interact with internal and external F-35 customers in support of Sustainment prime proposal activities. AeroSCM Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree Procurement/SCM experience with the ability to interpret and clarify subcontract requirements Experience with Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) in a negotiations environment Experience with Subcontractor Requests for Proposals (RFP's) Experience with execution of government contracts Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Desired Skills: Team Lead or Management Experience Negotiation Experience Project Management Experience F-35 Program Experience Familiarity with prime proposal process Executive Level communication and presentation experience Coordination and integrations experience Experience leading a team in a fast paced, challenging environment Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
