Customer Service Representative

On-site but may have some hybrid option in the future This is a Call Center role, so it involves handling inbound calls (approx. 30-50 per day) from providers, subscribers, and clients. Call average between 4-6 minutes and require documentation of each call.
What technologies or systems will this contingent worker be utilizing? MS Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, printers, internal CRMs SalesLogix and DVCN. Preferred:
1. Ability to follow instructions on all tasks.
2. Detail Oriented/Organized/sense of urgency in completing tasks thoroughly and on time.
3. Comfortable with technology, PCs specifically with Windows and Client Office tools.
4. Spanish speaking.
