We're currently looking for server assistants who are passionate about presenting traditional Japanese dishes on handmade plateware, craft cocktails as unique as the glasses they're served in and collaborating with a warm and personable team." Exhibiting the ability to support Servers and work as a team Serving beverages, marking silverware, and serving and clearing food in cooperation with the Server and Runner. Upholding service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience Exhibiting a familiarity with daily menus Taking part in pre-service duties and applicable closing duties Maintaining and upholding our company's vision and values Demonstrating a passion for details and a willingness to learn Participating in service/culinary education sessions Maintaining a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment Impeccable grooming as defined by management and dress code Qualifications: Previous food and beverage experience as a busser, runner, or server assistant Strong knowledge and interest in food and beverage Has a sincere interest in the hospitality industry Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills Able to work in a team environment and welcome feedback and direction Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time Lift up to 50 pounds of weight Ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb up and down stairs, walk, carry multiple objects Flexible availability on nights and weekends Physical Demands   The physical demands described here are representative of those that are to be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
