Join us, and let's revolutionize behavioral health software together while making a real difference!DescriptionJoin our QA team where your primary focus will be testing mobile applications through both manual and automated processes. You'll design and implement automated tests using tools like Appium and Selenium, targeting mobile platforms to ensure our apps are robust, responsive, and bug-free. As a senior member, you'll mentor junior testers, share best practices in mobile automation, and play a key role in refining our mobile testing strategies. If you're passionate about mobile tech and thrive on solving complex problems, this role is your perfect fit!ResponsibilitiesWorking with the existing QA and development team members, deliver a comprehensive test strategy for an industry leading SaaS applicationEnsure that test plans are consistent with test activities across a diverse and distribute set of development teamsCollaborate with the Product and Development teams to create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and build test plansDesign, develop, and execute test plans for mobile application testingReview mobile device compatibility and report any potential issues to stakeholdersMaintain existing tests and write manual and automated tests while features are being developedTest and validate software to ensure that it satisfies requirements and is free from defectsAnalyze the root cause for testing failures and open appropriate tickets with sufficient findingsIntegrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline and increase the organization's speed to marketManually test mobile application components where automation is not a good fitMake recommendations on how our current testing processes can be improvedMentor team members in testing strategies and automation design patternsRequirements8+ years of experience in an Agile, highly collaborative, team-based environment5+ years of experience in mobile application testing, including both manual and automated testingBachelor's and/or Master's degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred)Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patternsStrong understanding of mobile application technologies, including iOS and Android operating systemsStrong knowledge of mobile application testing best practicesProficiency with Selenium-based mobile test automation frameworks such as Selendroid and AppiumExperience with mobile testing tools and resourcesSolid understanding of software development languages such as C#, Java, and JavaScriptFamiliarity with test automation frameworks like Selenium and CucumberBenefitsCompetitive salary - $95,000-$125,000Employer sponsored health, dental, vision, life, and disability insuranceRetirement plan with company contributionAnnual company profit sharingPersonal development/training budgetOpen, collaborative work environmentExtensive 2-week onboarding planComprehensive mentorship programTherapyNotes, LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
