Our NYC Soho flagship is ready to bring the Italian Dolce Vita to the heart of Manhattan, and we need a dynamic candidate to lead the charge. Who We're Looking For The Maitre'd plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by managing front-of-house operations and maintaining the highest standards of service. You will be the face of Crazy Pizza, responsible for greeting and seating guests, overseeing reservations, ensuring the seamless flow of live entertainment, managing the flow of service, and supporting the team to deliver a high level of hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Hospitality and the customer experience, spearheading guest complaints and fulfilling special requests to ensure a customized and catered dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and greet guests, manage reservations, and accommodate special requests to ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience. Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turns while maintaining excellent service standards. Oversee the dining room to ensure proper service flow. Lead and supervise the host team, ensuring they are well-prepared and professional at all times. Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints in a prompt, courteous, and effective manner. Assist with private events or special occasions, ensuring all details are managed for an exceptional guest experience. closely with the management and culinary teams to enhance service quality and maintain strong communication between the front and back of house. Provide training and guidance to the front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards and ensure they reflect the Crazy Pizza brand values. Maintain reservation systems and ensure smooth coordination of guest bookings. Perform any duties as required by management Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Maitre'd, head host, or similar leadership role within a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with guests and staff alike. Proven ability to manage high-volume guest flow and coordinate seating plans effectively. Ability to engage in daily entertainment as required to maintain Crazy Pizza's concept. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
